How quickly can you get to me?
This is a really tough question to answer. If you urgently need a plumber then we aim to get a plumber to you within the hour but this can depend on our team's locations and current project. If it is a standard call out then we always try to visit same day or on a day convenient for you.
Will you leave a mess?
All our plumbers will tidy up after they've completed the work and they'll leave your property in the same condition as when they arrived.
Are all your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes, every one of our gas engineers is Gas Safe registered. All our plumber, drainage and heating teams are all fully qualified and comprehensively insured. As a company we make sure all our teams work to the absolute highest standards to make sure you know you'll get a stress free job that's well done.
My boiler is old but working ok, should I get it replaced?
So this is a balancing act. If your boiler is working fine, you get it service annually and it isn't costing you a lot in repairs to keep it going then I wouldn't change it. Obviously I'd recommend signing up to one of our service plans (sorry the sales person in me) to make sure you're covered should you need work completed. But until the repairs become frequent or the boiler is unreliable, I wouldn't change it.
