Frequently asked questions

Why does my boiler keeps losing pressure and should I be worried about it?
Your boiler shouldn't be dropping pressure regularly, you might need to top it up once is in a while but not often. Although you may not be able to see any issues yourself, regular drops in boiler pressure is usually a sign that you have a leak somewhere in the central heating system. Much better to get this inspected and fixed than to keep putting it off.
Will you leave a mess?
All our plumbers will tidy up after they've completed the work and they'll leave your property in the same condition as when they arrived.
I'm buying a new home, can you do a homebuyer drain report for me?
Yes of course. All our drain teams have full training to create homebuyer reports and access to the drain camera systems to do them. We'll undertake a full CCTV drain survey for you making sure to point out to you any issue that need to be rectified before you purchase you lovely new home.
My boiler is old but working ok, should I get it replaced?
So this is a balancing act. If your boiler is working fine, you get it service annually and it isn't costing you a lot in repairs to keep it going then I wouldn't change it. Obviously I'd recommend signing up to one of our service plans (sorry the sales person in me) to make sure you're covered should you need work completed. But until the repairs become frequent or the boiler is unreliable, I wouldn't change it.
