Will I have to wait around all day for you?

Absolutely not. When your appointment is booked in you'll get an estimated time for when the plumber will be there. All our vans are tracked so you can get an update from the office anytime you want. Plus you'll be sent a text when the van is on the usually giving you 30 minutes warning of them arriving.

The garden smells of sewage but the drain flows ok, any idea why?

Just because your drain flows freely doesn't mean there isn't a drain problem. If your outside area has a sewer stink then you may have a cracked drain that is leaking. This would explain why the drain isn't blocked but you're getting the smell. Our drain teams can inspect your drain with a camera, identify any damage and then undertake a drain repair for you making sure that everything flows as it should.

The outside drain is blocked but I can't see why, can you do a drain inspection?

Blockages in outside drains are usually caused issues that you can't see. Whether this is a blockage deep in the drain network away from your home or work, a collapsed drain which you can't visibly see or tree roots that have broken through the drain pipe, you'll need a drain camera to identify what's causing needs to be unblocked. Matt started work as a plumber in XXXXX when it was just himself, his van and tools. He worked as an emergency plumber right from the start covering just SK23 & SK17. He employed his first member of staff in XXXXX and began to expand the areas he covered.

Why does my drain keeps blocking after its been cleared?

Without an inspection I can't give a accurate answer, so I'd recommend getting a drain inspection done. But as a experienced guess I'd say it is normally one of two issue, something is being put down the toilet or drain which is causing a repeat blockage. This is usually wet wipes, sanitary products, fat or nappies. Or there is returning issue further down the drain which 99% of the time is tree roots which are temporarily cleared with a jetter but return as they have to be manually removed to permanently get rid of them.
