What our customers say
I have used them 3 times now and they have always been so friendly, supportive and efficient in solving the issue. Really happy with them and would definitely recommend and use them again
Victoria Bevington
Very fast response after my call. Two plumbers came and first of all they had to check a drain closest to the house which involved removing a fence panel. They then moved on to the main drain on the drive which was completely blocked. They were extremely pleasant and did an excellent job, replacing the fence panel and the sweeping up loose stones once the drains were cleared. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Paul came to sort our Alpha boiler under warranty. The office called back within half an hour of us first contacting Alpha, and set an appointment for the next morning. Paul was prompt, friendly and incredibly efficient. Boiler back to working within an hour - thank you!

Rang boiler manufacturer at 8:10am and registered a fault. 247 Plumbers rang me at 9:10am and engineer (Paul) was with me by 10am.He swiftly diagnosed and repaired the fault. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service.
Phil Preec
Tried 2 supposedly experts in boiler breakdowns, both couldn’t find the fault, decided to go further afield. In stepped Paul from 247 plumbers, 15 minutes of testing and the issue was found and rectified, Paul you certainly know your stuff. 5*** thank you
